1. User Accounts

You must create an account to access paid courses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. WealthGuard Academy reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are final once a course is accessed. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 48 hours before the renewal date.

3. Access and License

Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased materials for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing login credentials or distributing course content is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and content remain the exclusive property of WealthGuard Academy. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, or to attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The courses are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee financial results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthGuard Academy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
